IOCL Executive Recruitment 2026: Indian Oil Corporation

flagship Oil & Gas Company, has invited online applications from eligible
and dedicated candidates for various Executive and Non-Executive posts. The

The pay scale for selected candidates varies according to the post. Engineers/Officers and Law Officers will receive an IDA pay scale of ₹60,000–₹1,80,000, while Assistant Quality Control Officers will receive ₹50,000–₹1,60,000. Junior Engineers/Junior Officers will receive ₹30,000–₹1,20,000.
In addition to basic pay, candidates will be eligible for applicable allowances and benefits as per company rules.
The age of the candidates should be 18 to 30 (post-wise) years as on 31 July 2026. Age relaxation will be provided to eligible reserved categories as per Government of India rules.
The selection process will consist of a Computer Based Test (CBT) followed by a Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview, wherever applicable for the concerned post. Candidates should refer to the detailed recruitment advertisement for the post-wise selection procedure and qualifying requirements.
