1. Computer Based Test (CBT) / Written Screening Test:
The screening examination consists of 120 multiple-choice questions for 120 marks with a duration of 1 hour 30 minutes.
2. Document Verification:
Candidates qualifying in the screening test will be required to produce their original educational, registration, category, Bonafide and other required documents for verification.
3. Final Merit:
The merit list will be prepared according to the marks obtained and the applicable recruitment/reservation rules.
4. Medical Fitness Verification:
Selected/shortlisted candidates must satisfy the prescribed medical fitness requirements before engagement.

2. Complete Sign Up / registration on the HPRCA portal if you do not already have an account.
3. Complete your One Time Registration (OTR) by entering your personal details, educational qualifications and other required information.
4. Upload your recent photograph, signature and other supporting documents as required by the portal.
5. Complete/update your HPRCA profile before applying for the recruitment.
6. After the application window opens, log in to the Online Recruitment Application (ORA) portal.
7. Find Advertisement No. 12/2026 – Assistant Staff Nurse, Post Code 26044.
8. Read the complete notification and eligibility conditions carefully before proceeding.
9. Fill in your personal details, educational qualification, HPNRC registration details and Himachali Bonafide information correctly.
10. Select your preferred examination district/centre from the available options, wherever applicable.
11. Check all details entered in the application form carefully.
12. Pay the applicable ₹800/- application fee through the available online payment gateway.
13. Submit the application form before 29 August 2026 at 11:59 PM.
14. After successful submission/payment, download the completed application/confirmation page.
