RSSB Junior Engineer (JEN) Recruitment 2026 – Apply Online for 874 Posts

Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSSB), Jaipur ने Advertisement No. 10/2026 के तहत Junior Engineer (JEN) Combined Direct Recruitment 2026 के लिए notification जारी किया है। इस recruitment में Public Works Department, Water Resources Department और Public Health Engineering Department के अंतर्गत Junior Engineer के विभिन्न पदों पर भर्ती की जाएगी। कुल 874 vacancies घोषित की गई हैं, जिनमें 793 posts Non-Scheduled Area और 81 posts Scheduled Area के लिए हैं। Official notification में department-wise और qualification-wise vacancy breakup दिया गया है।

इस भर्ती में Public Works Department में Civil Degree के 351 और Civil Diploma के 42 पद हैं। Water Resources Department में Civil Degree के 72 और Civil Diploma के 179 पद हैं। Public Health Engineering Department में Civil Degree के 47, Civil Diploma के 151 और Mechanical/Electrical Diploma के 32 पद हैं। इस प्रकार कुल vacancies 874 होती हैं। Candidates को अलग-अलग post cadre के लिए अलग-अलग application submit करना होगा। साथ ही, चयन के बाद किस department में posting चाहिए, उसकी priority application के समय भरना अनिवार्य है; department allocation merit-cum-priority के आधार पर किया जाएगा।

Junior Engineer Civil Degree post के लिए Civil Engineering में Degree आवश्यक है। Civil Diploma post के लिए recognized institution से Civil Engineering Diploma आवश्यक है। Mechanical/Electrical Diploma post के लिए संबंधित discipline में Diploma आवश्यक है। सभी applicable candidates के लिए Devanagari script में लिखी Hindi का practical knowledge और Rajasthan culture का knowledge भी निर्धारित है।

Online application process 16 August 2026 से 14 September 2026 की रात 11:59 PM तक चलेगी। आवेदन Rajasthan SSO Portal के माध्यम से Recruitment Portal पर किया जाएगा। Candidates को अंतिम तिथि का इंतजार किए बिना समय रहते application submit करने की सलाह दी गई है।

Age की calculation 01 January 2027 के आधार पर होगी। Candidate की आयु उस दिन तक 18 वर्ष पूर्ण और 40 वर्ष से कम होनी चाहिए। Notification में विभिन्न categories के लिए upper-age relaxation के अलग-अलग provisions भी दिए गए हैं। Rajasthan domicile SC/ST/OBC/MBC/EWS पुरुष candidates को 5 वर्ष, सामान्य वर्ग की महिला candidates को 5 वर्ष तथा Rajasthan domicile reserved-category women candidates को 10 वर्ष की upper-age relaxation दी गई है, साथ ही अन्य specified categories के लिए अलग provisions लागू हैं।

Junior Engineer का pay scale Pay Matrix Level-10 निर्धारित है। Probation period के दौरान fixed remuneration राज्य सरकार के आदेशों के अनुसार दिया जाएगा। Direct recruitment से नियुक्त candidates की probation period 2 years होगी। इस अवधि में regular pay scale के बजाय prescribed fixed remuneration मिलेगा और HRA, DA, urban compensation allowance तथा special pay जैसे allowances देय नहीं होंगे। Probation पूरी होने और prescribed conditions पूरी होने के बाद regular pay scale तथा applicable allowances मिलेंगे।

Recruitment examination February 2027 में proposed है। Exam CBT, TBT या offline OMR mode में आयोजित किया जा सकता है। Civil Degree, Civil Diploma और Mechanical/Electrical Diploma के लिए अलग-अलग exam schemes निर्धारित हैं। Exam paper 120 marks का होगा और duration 2 hours होगी। इसमें Rajasthan General Knowledge और संबंधित technical subject शामिल होंगे। परीक्षा में minimum qualifying marks 40% निर्धारित हैं तथा प्रत्येक गलत उत्तर पर उस प्रश्न के पूर्णांक का 1/3 mark negative marking के रूप में काटा जाएगा। 

Exam Pattern Overview – RSSB JEN 2026

RSSB JEN 2026 की परीक्षा 120 अंकों की होगी और समय 2 घंटे रहेगा। प्रश्न बहुविकल्पीय (MCQ) होंगे और सभी प्रश्न समान अंक के होंगे। गलत उत्तर पर 1/3 अंक की negative marking होगी। न्यूनतम qualifying marks 40% हैं।

• JEN Civil (Diploma): Part-B में Civil Engineering – Diploma level का syllabus
• JEN Mechanical/Electrical (Diploma): Part-B में संबंधित Mechanical/Electrical Engineering – Diploma level का syllabus

Official syllabus में Rajasthan History, Art & Culture, Traditions, Heritage, Geography तथा Political & Administrative System आदि General Knowledge में शामिल हैं। Technical section में संबंधित engineering discipline के विषय शामिल हैं।

परीक्षा February 2027 में proposed है। RSSB के अनुसार परीक्षा CBT / TBT / Offline OMR mode में आयोजित की जा सकती है और यदि परीक्षा एक से अधिक shifts में होती है तो normalization लागू किया जा सकता है।
